We are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and timely refund process in line with our obligations under UK consumer protection laws. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Your Statutory Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. This cooling-off period applies to all online purchases. If you cancel within this period, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, including the original delivery costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a non-standard delivery option). The return policy below is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.
To be eligible for a return under our 30-day policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@aircoproducts.co.uk. We will respond promptly to assist you with the return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at sales@aircoproducts.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and take appropriate steps to make it right, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned under our 30-day return policy. Please contact us at sales@aircoproducts.co.uk if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items under our 30-day return policy. However, this does not affect your statutory rights to return faulty or misdescribed items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will process your return in accordance with the procedures outlined above.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
